Casting a chart and reading one are two different jobs

A Ba Zi chart is arithmetic. Give the calculation a birth date, time and place and it returns four pillars, eight characters, identical for anyone entering the same details. The chart is the starting point; interpretation is the work.

A private reading does what no table can. It reads the relationships across the whole structure rather than turning one element or label into a verdict, sets the chart against the cycle you are living through now, and answers the question you actually asked, in writing. The calculation tells you what the chart is. The reading tells you what it means for the decision in front of you.

What you send: a birth record, a situation and a channel

Every chart-based service opens a private intake after the order. It asks you to confirm the exact name, date, time and place of birth used for your chart; a guessed hour makes a different chart. If you do not know it, the chart intake offers ‘I don’t know my birth hour’. Choose that rather than guessing. Birth details, orders and private reports are never public content.

Then you send the situation: for a Private Question, what has happened over the past three months, who is involved and any deadline you face, in up to 2,000 characters; Extended Question allows 4,000. Where the form permits it and you have the required consent, you may add another person’s date of birth. Last, you choose the channel: email or WhatsApp.

Five services are read from your chart

Five services are prepared from the natal chart and the current cycle, each a written answer from the master rather than a generated report. Private Question takes one focused question and answers it once; a new question is a new order. Extended Question is for a serious matter that may need an initial reading and up to three connected follow-ups within 30 days of the first answer, each answered within 72 hours.

Decade Transition reads the crossing from one ten-year cycle into the next: what the closing decade asks you to finish and what the opening one supports. Love Outlook is a multi-year reading of your romantic outlook, where affection flows and where it strains. Wealth Outlook reads aptitude, direction, income, opportunity, risk and timing. Book these when the question is not one decision but the shape of the next few years.

What comes back: a written reading, sealed with your date of birth

The reading arrives in the format and within the estimate stated for the service. Written reports normally come as an encrypted PDF reached through a secure link; even if WhatsApp is your channel, the PDF itself is not sent through WhatsApp. The password is the date of birth given for that report, typed as eight digits in YYYYMMDD format.

What is inside depends on the service. A Private Question returns one concise, direct answer prepared manually from the submitted question, birth record and timing context. Revision rounds and follow-up questions are included only where the service scope says so. Extended Question includes up to three follow-ups on the same matter within 30 days; a different matter, or a fourth question, is a new order.

The clock, the reminders and the refund

Work begins once the required details have been submitted, and a submitted intake is locked online. The delivery estimate runs from the moment the paid intake is complete. If no intake has been submitted, we send a reminder after 30 days. After 90 days from the order with still no intake, the order is canceled and a full refund is initiated. One reminder, then your money back.

Sometimes what you send is not enough to work from. If we ask for additional material, the usual supplement window is 14 days from our request, with a reminder 48 hours before the deadline. If it does not arrive, the order is canceled and a full refund is initiated. We would rather return your money than work from information we cannot use.

Who prepares it

The written answer is prepared by Song Jushi (宋居士), the teacher behind Sage Song: a well-known Taiwanese author on Ba Zi, feng shui and divination whose published books include 陽宅堪輿實務, 陽宅堪輿掌故 and 易經的世界. He is a lay Buddhist who has taken refuge and received the precepts, which is what the title 居士 (Jushi) means, and he has practised for more than 47 years. Many of Taiwan’s well-known celebrities and entrepreneurs have consulted him; client confidentiality keeps their names private, and yours too. Sage Song is his name in English: Sage for 居士, Song for 宋.

The chart is computed by software, the same engines that cast the four pillars live on the primer page. The reading is not software. It is prepared manually, as a written answer to the submitted question, birth record and timing context. If you want a chart in a second, use the primer. If you want it read, book the reading.

What a reading will not do

A reading is a traditional practice offered in good faith, for reflection and spiritual support. It does not promise a particular outcome, and it is not medical, legal or financial advice; decisions that need that kind of advice belong with an appropriately qualified adviser. A reading can show you how the season sits and where the pressure lies. It cannot make the pressure disappear.

It will not read someone else’s mind. You can describe how another person’s actions bear on your decision, but the answer stays with your situation and your choices. It is one written answer to the question you ordered, not a conversation. And it will not be built on information we cannot use: if the record does not hold, we ask, and if the answer does not come, we refund.
