We re-read the home against the new year's influences and what you tell us has changed; only the changes need to be described, and photographs are optional. A previous annual review cannot be used as the source, and a new address requires a new full survey.
An earlier survey gave you a foundation. This update returns to the same delivered address and reads it against the new year, the changes you have made, and the priorities that now need attention—without making you start a full survey again.

Photographs are optional for this update. They are most useful when an arrangement, renovation, or key room has changed.
