An annual update to an address covered by a completed full feng shui survey. We re-read the home against the new year's influences and what you tell us has changed; only the changes need to be described, and photographs are optional. A previous annual review cannot be used as the source, and a new address requires a new full survey.

Song Jushi superimposes the incoming annual stars over your property's permanent natal chart. He identifies which sectors host the prosperous wealth stars (Star 8 and 9) to activate them, while prescribing practical, non-destructive arrangements to mitigate the Five Yellow (Wu Wang) and Illness stars.
