Each successful VIP payment starts a 12-month UTC calendar cycle with two Sage focused private questions. Unused questions roll over, and a question is deducted only when the focused intake is submitted.
MEMBERSHIP AND SPEND TIER
Two ways to a member rate.
The annual membership is bought, and gives its rate on eligible services while it is active. Your spend tier is derived from your current lifetime effective spend, so refunds can lower it. On eligible services the better of the two rates applies. They are never added together, and the price quoted at checkout is final.
